HOW WE CAN HELP VENUES

Our concept here at Fair Play is a full circle central help system for venues, DJs, music producers, live bands and the whole of the music entertainment industry.

We are all benefitting from music and if we all work together we can equally help each other out and make it profitable for everyone from the ground up

The Big Plan

The App is set up to help artists and producers make money. By pledging a playlist donation of a minimum of £2 the artist' whos music is played are then paid by means of an equal share.

I hear you asking how this benefits your venue, well..... as a Fair Play supporting venue it is a condition of membership that any DJ that plays in your venue must pledge a minimum of £5.... hopefully more.

DJ & Artists

When you hire a DJ or live performer then they will enter it into their events or you will enter it into your events, either way when either party enters this event it lists it as an event at your location.

These events have a share link so can be easily shared on social media etc, the event then becomes public and on the public section of the app events can be searched by location, performer and genre so if someone is looking for a particular style of music on saturday evening in a particular area and it fits the bill then your venue will appear in the search results

Fair Play Window Stickers

As a Fair Player you will display a Fair Play window sticker with venue specific QR code which can be scanned by anyone passing by and it will list all events happening in your venue, this is beneficial for times when you are closed and people want to know if anything is happening.

Now I live a very busy life and some things I just dont have time for and some things I just forget, don't we all? so if you forget to promote your live event with boards, posters etc it ok because when you booked the act they entered it into their Fair Play Diary and created the event so this now shows up on your Fair Play events list and Paul and Sam that came past earlier and scanned the code, Kerry and Ellie checked for local events and all saw yours for Saturday and they will all see you on saturday

We have you covered there, you can search for DJs and artists that have marked themselves as available.

Their prices are visible so you have full transparency, their is no ringing around to see if someone is available and you find someone but they dont fit your price range.

its really simple, you dont have to ask if available, you dont need to ask price, you dont need to ask what genres they play or perform it is all there, all you have to do is click on the contact button and it will open up your email app with a pre filled email which you are free to change and then send the email.

That DJ that let you down at last minute could have cost you a lot of money but you quickly found a replacement all thanks to Fair Play

Full Circle

The idea of Fair Play is to be full circle with an input from outside the circle by means of your customers donating, these donations help fund the circle and we need venues to promote the circle because Playing Fair is a Fair Play for everyone
